Direct Purchases from TenthFrameProducts.com
Tenth Frame offers a 30-Day return policy on all items sold on our website. If you have purchased directly from Tenth Frame and would like to make a return, please email us at support@tenthframebowling.com to obtain the proper return authorization. Returns must be initiated within 30-Days of the date of purchase. Items returned must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be applied to the payment form used during the initial transaction. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping costs on returns shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. It is strongly recommended that you use a shipping service with tracking information for your returns, and/or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if I purchased from your website, but there was an error with my order?
If you have received the wrong item or there was an error with your order, please send an email within 7-Days of the delivery date to support@tenthframebowling.com with your order # and a description of the error you have experienced. We will attempt to promptly remedy the situation.
Requests made after the 7-Day grace period may be denied at the discretion of Tenth Frame Products.
In-Store or E-Commerce Purchases
For purchases made from retailers other than TenthFrameBowling.com, please contact the retailer you made the purchase from. If the retailer is unable to resolve the issue on their own, then they will contact us directly.
