How much are your shipping costs?
Tenth Frame Bowling offers free shipping on all orders $25.00 and above within the Continental U.S (48 States) and Washington D.C. For orders $24.99 and below, we offer $3.95 flat rate shipping within the Continental U.S (48 States) and Washington D.C. Flat rate shipping charges are not calculated as part of the order total in regards to our shipping offers.
For all others regions, you will see a calculated shipping option at checkout with various carrier shipping rates. Express shipping options are available in lieu of the free and flat rate shipping offers at their respective costs.
International customers, please contact us before placing an order and we will check the best shipping options for you, if available.
When will my order ship?
Tenth Frame processes and packs orders as they are received. Typically, we ship the same day for orders received prior to 1:00 pm PST.
If you order after 1:00 pm PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Weekends and Holidays may affect these times.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship standard orders using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First Class and UPS Ground services. Typical ship times vary based on location and time or purchase. generally, you should expect to receive your order in 3-7 days, depending on your distance from our warehouse.
Once the shipping carrier take delivery of your package, please use the tracking # provided and contact the carrier for updates and/or for non-deliveries, etc.
Our Shipping Dept. hours are M-F 9:00 am - 4:00 pm PST. Business days may vary as we are closed on weekends and most major holidays. If in doubt, please contact us at (888) 959-6362.
Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, we do accept orders for will call. Our warehouse is conveniently located just outside of Sacramento, CA with easy access to all of Northern California. If you live within 100 miles of our warehouse, you should see a "will call / pick up" option under your shipping choices in your cart. For those outside of this 100 mile radius that would still like to pick up your order, please add a note to your order stating you want to pick up your items from our warehouse.
